1. Information We Collect

Scanily processes images of shipping labels and logistics documents. All image processing happens in memory, and images are immediately discarded unless you explicitly opt-in to help improve our models. We do not store PII contained within these labels.

2. How We Use Information

Data submitted via API is only used to return the OCR extraction result to your application. We use standard web analytics (via Google Analytics or similar) to monitor website traffic and performance.

3. Data Security

We are fully SOC2 compliant. All API requests transit over secure HTTPS connections. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
